Sustainable Transportation

Achieving improvements in the natural, built and social environments, while meeting functional transportation requirements and achieving short and long term economic viability, is the essence of sustainable transportation.

Mission Statement

#Provide personalized and collaborative consulting services to our clients by incorporating new, innovative and cost effective ways of assessing and addressing transportation-environmental challenges. We create sustainable solutions that focus on quality of life issues such as environmental protection and enhancement, community and cultural connectivity and economic viability. We strive to bring our nation’s transportation to a higher level by integrating sustainable principles into the overall transportation process. We are a consulting firm that will help pass on a better environment to the next generation.

The Principles of sustainability are rooted in the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) passed in 1969, in which Congress declared a national environmental policy for all publicly funded projects (Section 101 NEPA {42 USC Section 4331}:

The Congress….declares that I is the continuing policy ….to use all practical means and measures…..to create and maintain conditions under which man and nature can exist in productive harmony and fulfill the social, economic and other requirements for present and future generations of America

Among his strengths is the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders throughout the project’s condensed design and construction schedule.

As a client, I appreciate his ability to anticipate issues and to take initiative towards finding a resolution in the best interest of the project.

His input has helped the 120th Connection project maintain costs and schedule while at the same time, furthering the agency’s commitment to environmental quality.
