Construction / Design-Build Environmental Management

TerraLogic allows our transportation-construction clients to focus on the construction-engineering aspects of the project and not worry about the complex and burdensome environmental requirements-that is our job. We coordinate early in the project with the client and regulatory agencies to ensure a common compliance vision and path. We provide regulatory compliance and specification/guidance consulting to construction projects that must follow NEPA based design requirements for impact avoidance, minimization and mitigation. We develop environmental management plans, permits, perform field inspections and support design and construction engineers throughout the project. We develop a project specific impact and mitigation matrix to ensure all NEPA requirements are fulfilled.
